Still in Navan.

The dog is fine and so I am. Today was ridiculously windy so we didn't spend too much time outside. I've been basically hibernating. Just me and the internet and my dissertation. Have been doing some work, but not enough. Meh.

I just realized that Amos The Transparent is opening for Basia Bulat at the end of March at Lee's. Uh . . . omg. I must see if I can weasel my way onto the guest list for this. I love both their albums, and love both of them live.

I have too many documents. Too many. This is the problem with being an historian of modern diplomatic history. Government officials kept everything, and the Red Cross and YMCA were little better! Yeesh. Hopefully as the months pass I'll have a better sense of what the heck I need out of my documents, and won't have to spend so long reading them and moving them around.

Have you consulted the records of the Village People?
