On Friday I went to a new venue for me (the Niagara Legion Hall) to celebrate the release of the Entire Cities' new album, "Deep River." All the bands/performers that played were great, and worth seeing again: Nils Endeloff (The RAA; I missed his set), Nich Worby, The Gravity Wave (band), Laura Barrett, Basement Arms, Casey Mecija (Ohbijou), and Entire Cities. Tuesday I saw and heard Katie Stelmanis (and Maya Postepski), Final Fantasy, and Jens Lekman. It's been a good week.
This week I think we should all give some love to the Tranzac. And there's a couple of in-store performances of interest. I'll probably be at Rancho on Friday and Saturday.
