Ticket/CD Giveaway: Dinosaur Bones 1 Year Anniversary Party, 17 Jan @ The Horseshoe.

I've got a belated new year's gift for you... a chance to win a Dinosaur Bones prize pack! This young band is celebrating its 1 year anniversary with an exciting show at the Horseshoe, one of the best live music venues in the city. The Junction, Black Hat Brigade, and The Paint Movement are on the Saturday, 17 January bill too, so it promises to be an indie rock blowout.

The prize pack includes a spot on the guestlist for you and a friend, a copy of the Dinosaur Bones EP, and band pins, plus a copy of the show poster too (probably)! I saw this band perform a while back at Tattoo Rock Parlour and they impressed with their tight, catchy rock hooks and an energetic performance. (Oh, and I liked singer Ben's curly locks, too.) Take a listen to most of the EP on the band's MySpace site. Saturday night at the Horseshoe with a handful of fun indie rock bands... sounds good to me!
